Talking about his fitness journey, Sajal said, “It all started in the summer of 2015. I had just finished my 10th board exams; I was a 90-pound skinny guy with no strength. However, my drive & my willingness to improve kept making me try every day. And today, I have a huge family on Instagram, where I keep sharing my healthy lifestyle & fitness tips.”

“To be honest, my goal was never to look muscular or even stand out, as that was something that I thought I could never achieve. I just wanted to look normal, as I was over being told ‘you have to eat, you have nothing in your body’,” he added.

“Regardless of that situation, I had the perseverance and willpower to do things. I kept on trying, and I kept on getting better and eventually, there was a time I was training for hours in that same room, reading books, and searching the internet to grasp more knowledge and be the best version of myself. I fell in love with it, and my passion grew crazy. Later, my father got me a pair of dumbbells to do even more and a gym membership since I was keen to continue this as my lifestyle. It has been seven years now, and honestly, it’s incredible to watch this journey unfold in front of my eyes,” he concluded.
